All 2026 1/2 Gram Isle of Man Gold Angel Coins are offered in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The coins arrive housed in protective plastic flips and serve as the smallest gold denomination available in the series. In fact, this issue is also the smallest coin produced across both the gold and silver Angel collections. For this 2026 release, a QEII 100 privy mark is included to celebrate what would have been Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday.
The obverse of the 2026 Isle of Man Gold Angel Coin features a portrait of King Charles III. Shown in left-profile relief without a crown, the effigy was designed by Glyn Davies and marks the beginning of a new chapter in British and Commonwealth coinage. This side includes the QEII 100 privy mark.
On the reverse of the 2026 1/2 Gram Gold Angel Coin, Archangel Michael is depicted in battle against a dragon, a traditional representation of evil in Christian teachings. His winged figure, armored attire, and shield bearing a cross highlight his role as a defender against darkness. Unlike some previous depictions, this design excludes the scales of judgment and instead places greater emphasis on the intensity and symbolism of the confrontation.
