1. Market Price Lock Agreement

Due to real-time fluctuations in precious metals markets, placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase at the locked spot price displayed at checkout.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on market-locked orders are subject to our Market Loss Policy, covering any downward price movement of the metal between order placement and cancellation, plus a standard administrative processing fee.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Elite Bullion Vault strictly adheres to international financial compliance standards, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and AML protocols to ensure secure and legal transactions across all jurisdictions.
