For the reverse, the Royal Canadian Mint Gold Bar includes a repeating pattern of the stylized maple leaf.
Both sides of the 50 Gram RCM Gold Bar include state-of-the-art security technology from the Royal Canadian Mint. These features include uniform line patterns on both fields, with two textured maple leaf security marks on the obverse that have been micro-engraved onto the surface. These security marks are only visible under magnification. Additionally, the last two digits of the production year of the bar are etched within the two maple leaf security marks.
